I started drag racing while in my teens picture below is the 1957 Chevy I raced at the CT. Dragway. In the early 90's I built a 1923 model T. From there I went on to tractor pulling, Picture below is the John Deere I used at fairs throughout, CT, Rhode Island and New York. I enjoyed ATV racing on my Honda, 400 EX, and now that I am in my senior years I am having a great time racing riding lawn mowers. I am a member of the New England Lawn Mower Racing Association This a wonderful group of people which includes young people who started racing at nine years of age.
For a few years my grandson, Taige, was a member and raced in the JP class. Now he has graduated high school and works full time.
In 2018, my grandson, Laithe age 11, raced in the JP class.
Awards:
2018- 1st place Champion for JP Class
Rookie of the year.
2019- 1sr place Champion for JP Class
2021- Laithe is taking a year off from racing Lawn Mowers.
